NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The 2018-19 College Division All-State Men's Basketball Team has been announced, highlighted by the selection of Buzz Anthony from Randolph-Macon as the State Player of the Year. Mary Washington's Greg Rowson hauled in Rookie of the Year plaudits and Christopher Newport's John Krikorian was named Coach of the Year for the fourth straight season.
