NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – Highlighted by an NJCAA National Championship, the Statesmen of Richard Bland led the way on the 2015 VaSID College Division All-State Men’s Basketball team. After a 20-year hiatus in the basketball program at RBC, head coach Chuck Moore delivered a national title in just the second season back, earning VaSID Coach of the Year honors in the process.
