NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – The 2017-18 VaSID College Division All-State Men’s Basketball Teams has been released, showcasing a depth of talent across the commonwealth with nine different programs represented. Averett guard James Contreras, Jr. was named the Player of the Year and Bridgewater guard Dimetri Chambers hauled in Rookie of the Year laurels.
