LEXINGTON, Va. – Highlighted by members of the University of Virginia’s Elite Eight team and featuring a host of individuals statewide who received both national and conference honors, the 2016 VaSID University Division All-State Men’s Basketball team was announced Friday afternoon in Lexington, Virginia.
