NEWPORT NEWS, Va. – VaSID announced its 2017 College All-State Men’s Basketball Team, with nine different programs represented. Virginia Union guard Ray Anderson and Lynchburg guard Zack Burnett earned Co-Player of the Year honors, while UVA-Wise's Michal Seals was named Rookie of the Year. CNU's John Krikorian picked up his second straight Coach of the Year award.
